But, there is a downside to all of this.

Herbalife shakes and any type of nutritional shake fine to use in moderation.

But, I’m not a big fan of using just shakes.
It’s a great short-term solution, but your body does need solid food and nutrients in the long-term.
Another option would be Orgain.
This is a little bit healthier than Herbalife and has completely clean ingredients.
